Services and Fees

Payment for your appointment with a Grassroots Clinic medical cannabis-certified physician is completed at the time of scheduling. If it is determined that you do not qualify for medical cannabis, a full refund will be provided along with additional guidance on how to resubmit your appointment request with new qualifying documentation.

  • There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your appointment if done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancelations or reschedule requests received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.

Medical cannabis and related services are not currently covered by insurance in the State of Texas. For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards for our services provided.

Initial Consultation

Fee: $199     $149 Limited Time Offer!

Your initial consultation with our medical cannabis-certified physician via our secure video/telehealth platform online will consist of reviewing your medical records and history and discussion of recommendations for medical cannabis treatment. If treatment is agreed upon, your physician will enter your information into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT) system and connect you with a dispensary to coordinate shipment of your medication(s) to your front door or pick up in person.

Follow Up Visits

Fee: $105

A physician from The Grassroots Clinic will follow up with you online to discuss the effectiveness of treatment and closely monitor for side effects so any necessary adjustments can be made to optimize your treatment plan. The frequency of follow up visits will be determined at your initial consult and based upon your medical history, dosage, and types of medical cannabis used in treatment.

Ineligible Candidates

Fee: $0

If The Grassroots Clinic determines that your medical records do not provide adequate proof that you have been diagnosed with a condition deemed appropriate by the State of Texas for treatment with medical cannabis, we will notify you of your ineligibility for the program and there will be no charge to you.
